If you sense God wants more for your church than what you are currently experiencing, we want to help.
Seventy percent of churches in America are either plateaued or in decline. Thousands are closing their doors each year. We don’t believe a struggling, discouraged church glorifies God. Leading one of these churches is difficult. Pastors can feel like failures when they are unable to stop its gradual decline. Church leaders can grow frustrated when nothing they attempt makes a lasting difference. It is easy to blame the culture, liberalism, or a growing hostility to Christian values for the church’s problems. Yet there is a contradiction between the message of the Church and the health of the Church. The Church proclaims that God is all-powerful, but its members often worry about finances. The Church preaches that nothing is impossible for God, but then it sells its property and disbands. The Church proclaims Christ can bring victory to any situation, but many of its members are plagued with addictions, divorce, and division. If God is so powerful and wise, why are so many of His churches struggling and declining?
If you sense God wants more for your church than what you are currently experiencing, we want to help. Perhaps you have been doing everything you know to do, but it’s not enough. You need to do what GOD knows you should do. You must seek Him for those answers. We have walked with many pastors and church leaders as they sought God’s heart for their church. They have discovered that God had much He still wanted to do in their church, but first the congregation needed to operate God’s way. We know of churches on the brink of closing their doors that experienced a fresh moving of the Spirit and went on to enjoy their best days as a congregation.
Blackaby Ministries International does not have all the answers, but we know the One who does! We can help pastors and church members seek a fresh word and direction from God. Let us help you experience a fresh encounter with the risen Christ so you are prepared for the great work God wants to do through your church.

Revitalization Conference Testimonies
Jeff Woolum, Ohio"I thought that this was one of the best events that I have been to in a long time. I really like the heart behind the Blackaby teachings and we plan to implement the model shown in 'Developing a Powerful Praying Church'. Thanks to SCBO for sponsoring this event and I hope that there will be many more opportunities in the future offering similar teachings."
Mark Snowden, Ohio"The Revive! Conference with Richard Blackaby and Rick Fisher was a blessing. It was good to have practical ideas from seasoned ministers. Since I knew Henry and Marilyn Blackaby, I really appreciated the viewpoint from Richard, a son who saw his father's faith in action. Probably the strongest take-away for me personally was about criticizing the church sowed seeds of apostasy in our children. There's a balance between being honest and overly critical. I'd recommend Revive! to any church leaders."
Danny Rollins, Rolling Hills Baptist Church"It was, for me, a very timely day of encouragement and refreshment. I felt afterward as if I had taken a long drink from a fresh stream. The challenges to us as pastors, were creative and biblical, and from men who had obviously been in the trenches. Fresh ideas — I need to "be an expert in the activity of God”, to insights into leadership principles— from Numbers 20 truly blessed my heart. It was just what this pastor needed. Thanks for coming."
Roger Willmore, DOM“It was an enormous privilege to have Dr. Richard Blackaby as the keynote speaker for our Calhoun Baptist Association (Anniston, Alabama) annual meeting worship rally on October 24th. This annual event drew pastors, staff, lay leaders and laymen from our 90 churches. Dr. Blackaby’s message was penetrating and relevant. This was reflected in the response of our people. Dr. Blackaby also spoke in a special session for pastors and church leadership in which he emphasized the role of the Christian leader in moving other people onto God’s agenda. As a Director of Missions this event with Dr. Blackaby will be long remembered as a high-water mark in the life of our association. Dr. Blackaby’s emphasis on Spiritual Leadership was on target and extremely relevant. It was a time of spiritual refreshment for all.”
Dr. Greg F. Jackson, Senior Pastor at First Southern Baptist Church"Recently we attended the REVIVE Conference in Fairfield, Ohio and were extremely blessed. I appreciated how Richard and Rick tied the importance of prayer to all aspects of pastoring and leading. Their engaging style not only made us laugh at times, but spoke to the heart of real church revitalization. I highly recommend it, regardless of the size of your church. It will be time well spent."
