In this episode, Richard and Sam tackle an important question submitted by podcast listener Braydon: “How can a leader live a balanced life of work and home? As I read and learn about leaders, I can’t help but notice all the time and effort they have to put in to be successful. I love my family and would never want to neglect them for long periods of time. I could understand leaving occasionally but not going out of town weekly or getting home late every night. I know this is a lot to answer, but it is a deep concern for me.”

Thanks for the great question, Braydon! If you want a chance to have your questions answered on the show, send them to podcast@blackaby.org.
