Dr. Richard Blackaby, Rick Fisher, and Mike Blackaby travelled to Lagos, Nigeria Feb. 7-13 to conduct a Spiritual Leadership conference in the mornings and revival meetings in the evenings at Ikoyi Baptist Church. People travelled from all over the area to attend. There was a great response to the material. Many people shared how Experiencing God had changed their life and their church. The people responded warmly to Mike and his emphasis on reaching the younger generation.
Please pray for the Christians in Nigeria. The militant Muslim group, Boko Haram, has killed over 200 Christians in northern Nigeria in the 2 weeks after these meetings. This group has murdered children in boarding schools and defenseless villagers, simply because they are Christians. Currently there are more Christian martyrs in Nigeria than in any other country. Please pray for these wonderful Christians that God would protect them and bring swift justice to those who seek to harm them.
